Care and Support Professional

About the Role:
This role involves working with a dedicated team to provide exceptional care services to individuals in their homes. As a Field Care Supervisor, you will be responsible for supporting carers from their first interview to onboarding and beyond. Your primary focus will be ensuring new carers are trained to the highest standard and providing coaching and support to aid in their growth within the company.
The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, be able to work effectively in a team environment, and have a passion for delivering high-quality care services. A clean driving license is essential as regular travel between locations will be required.
Main Responsibilities:
- Coaching and mentoring new carers to ensure they meet the company's standards.
- Supporting the branch team with auditing and compliance tasks.
- Conducting risk assessments and supervising carers to guarantee a safe working environment.
- Maintaining open lines of communication with customers to review care plans and address any concerns.
Benefits:
- A competitive salary of £25,000 - £30,000 per annum.
