iPeople Solutions is a leading provider of social care services in Stroud and surrounding areas. We are seeking a Safeguarding Social Care Professional to join our team and make a positive impact on the lives of vulnerable individuals.

About the Position

The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying and assessing levels of risk and need within statutory frameworks, undertaking safeguarding investigations, and delivering protective and/or supportive services for individuals at risk.

Main Responsibilities
  • Assess and manage risk within statutory frameworks, ensuring the well-being and safety of service users.
  • Develop and implement effective strategies to prevent harm and promote well-being, working closely with other agencies and stakeholders.
  • Conduct direct work with adults and their families in line with care plans, promoting independence and empowerment.
Salary and Benefits

This role offers a competitive salary of £45 per hour plus £150 per week expenses towards travel/accommodation, and a long-term contract with a supportive team and management offering flexible working arrangements.
