Job Title: Teaching Professional for Children and Young Adults

Company Overview: We act as a Recruitment Partner for a leading provider of specialist education in the country. Our school provides a unique opportunity for teaching professionals to make a real difference in the lives of students with SEMH needs.

Salary: £30,000 - £46,525 per annum (pro rata), plus a £3000 Welcome Bonus

Job Description: As a Teaching Professional, you will work closely with colleagues to develop Personal Education Plans (PEPs) and support students with complex or anxiety-related conditions. You will provide high-quality education and contribute to the development of our school community.

Required Skills and Qualifications: PGCE, Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or a recognized teaching qualification. You must be committed to supporting students with SEMH needs and contributing to their personal and academic growth.
