Job Opportunity: SEN Teaching Assistant

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide one-on-one assistance to SEN students, facilitating their participation in classroom activities and promoting social interaction.
  • Monitor student progress, identifying areas of strength and weakness, and making recommendations for adjustments to support plans.
Requirements:
  • Associate's degree in Special Education or a relevant certification.
  • Proven experience working with children with special needs, demonstrating a strong understanding of their challenges and requirements.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with students, teachers, and parents.
