Job Overview

We are currently seeking a skilled Social Services Specialist to fill a key role within our iPeople Solutions team based in Stroud.

This position presents an excellent opportunity for a qualified Social Worker or equivalent to contribute their expertise and passion for supporting vulnerable adults.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain a comprehensive understanding of relevant policies, procedures, and legislation to ensure informed decision making.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external partners to deliver high-quality services, promoting positive outcomes for service users.
  • Undertake regular reviews and updates of care plans, incorporating feedback from service users and carers.
  • Participate in professional development activities to enhance skills and knowledge, staying up-to-date with industry trends and best practices.
  • Maintain accurate records and reports, complying with organisational and regulatory requirements.

The annualised salary for this role is approximately £93,600, based on an estimated 2080 hours worked annually at £45 per hour.
