Community Mental Health Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced mental health nurse to join our community mental health team at Cardiff and Vale University Health Board. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing high-quality care to clients within a multi-disciplinary service.

Estimated Salary: £41,427 - £53,564 per annum (depending on experience)

Main Responsibilities
  • To deliver evidence-based holistic care to clients within a multi-disciplinary, multi-agency Community Mental Health Service.
  • To take responsibility for a clinical caseload providing comprehensive assessment, care, and treatment to clients referred to the Community Mental Health Team in accordance with the Mental Health (Wales) Measure 2010.
  • To foster robust working relationships with all partners and key stakeholders, particularly Local Authority, Primary Care, and the Third sector.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Communication skills.
