About the Role

The Student Enquiries Officer is a customer-focused position that provides comprehensive advice and guidance to students and the wider UCL community. This role involves supporting students through various service channels, including in-person support, telephone calls, and online enquiries via the askUCL system.

About You

We are seeking an individual who is passionate about delivering exceptional customer care. The ideal candidate will be proactive, solution-focused, and possess excellent attention to detail. Additionally, they will have a proven ability to communicate effectively, work well within a team, and have experience working in a fast-paced environment.
