Student Enquiry Adviser

Student Marketing, Recruitment and Admissions (SMRA) at the University of the Arts London (UAL) is seeking a skilled Adviser to provide exceptional support to prospective students and internal teams. As part of a fast-paced front-line team, you will handle a high volume of enquiries, providing accurate and timely information and guidance to pre and post-application enquirers.
About the RoleYou will work closely with colleagues across SMRA, UAL's Colleges, Institutes, and other departments to develop a wide bank of knowledge and expertise. Using a variety of tools and channels, including soft phones, Live Chat, CRM systems, and student record systems, you will support the team in improving responses and information provision to applicants and enquirers.
Your Profile- Knowledge of and experience working in Higher Education student recruitment and/or admissions is desirable.
- Demonstrable customer service and administrative experience, with a customer care ethos.
- Experience of handling enquiries in real-time, either in-person or through live chat and/or the telephone.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, time-sensitive, and performance-driven environment.
- Well-developed attention to detail, comprehension, listening, writing, and speaking skills.
- Ability to acquire and maintain a breadth of specialist knowledge using complex and evolving information sources.
- Experience of Microsoft Office applications and/or CRM or Student Record systems.
