Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced Market Knowledge Expert to collaborate with our sales teams in understanding client needs and presenting compelling value propositions. As a trusted advisor, you will primarily serve the commercial sector, highlighting the capabilities of ERP systems and addressing technical queries to build trust and confidence.

You will partner with business leaders to define project scopes, ensuring alignment with customer objectives and market trends. Utilising your in-depth knowledge of ERP systems, you will communicate their transformative impact on businesses, driving efficiency and innovation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • 5+ years of experience in a customer-facing pre-sales role, with hands-on knowledge of ERP platforms (NetSuite experience a plus).
  • Technical expertise in ERP systems, cloud-based solutions, and business process automation.
  • Understanding organisational needs in the commercial sector and developing strategic solutions addressing key challenges.
  • Excellent presentation and interpersonal skills to convey complex concepts effectively.
  • Ability to collaborate in a dynamic environment to drive customer success.
