As a Senior Operations Specialist in the Back Office, your primary responsibility will be to facilitate the execution of client transactions, ensuring they are processed efficiently and in compliance with regulations.

In your role as a Lead Platform Operations Specialist, you will enhance our service delivery by assisting clients as they navigate our platform. You will be a skilled and experienced Platform Administrator, providing support to your colleagues and Team Manager in various operational tasks.

Ideal Candidate Profile:

Proven track record in delivering exceptional customer service. A proactive, professional demeanor with an approachable attitude. Strong adherence to established processes, setting a positive example for peers. Ability to take initiative and demonstrate confidence in challenging situations.
