About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled Lead Platform Change Manager to join our team at Aegon UK. As a key member of our Change Support team, you will be responsible for leading a group of Change Analysts in managing and delivering platform changes.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee and support Change Analysts in identifying and escalating operational risks and issues.
- Work on multiple projects, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality results.
- Conduct regular meetings with indirect reports to review project plans and progress.
- Ensure all aligned responsibilities are completed to a high standard.
Requirements
- Strong understanding of platform propositions and distribution channels.
- Knowledge of platform wrappers and investments.
- Experience in a continuous business and customer improvement environment.
- Proficiency in MS packages, Jira, and QTest.
- Considerable experience in creating, reviewing, and signing-off IT & Change project lifecycle documentation.
