About the Role

ea Change is seeking a highly motivated and ambitious Graduate Project Manager to join our team. As a Graduate Project Manager, you will be responsible for working on a project lifecycle, collaborating closely with senior staff, and contributing to nationwide Change and IT project success.


Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project scope and objectives.
  • Develop and maintain project plans, ensuring alignment with organisational goals.
  • Assist in the identification and mitigation of project risks.
  • Communicate project progress and updates to stakeholders.
  • Work closely with IT professionals to ensure successful project implementation.
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of project management processes.


Requirements

  • Possession of an undergraduate degree.
  • Right to work in the United Kingdom.
  • Strong soft skills, excellent communication abilities.
  • Exceptional problem-solving skills and meticulous attention to detail.
  • Strong GCSE and A-Level grades (or equivalent).
  • A passionate interest in Change and IT.
