Responsibilities

As a Graduate Project Manager, you will collaborate closely with senior staff and work end-to-end on a project lifecycle, contributing to nationwide Change and IT project success. Your role will be dynamic, exciting, and no week will be similar to the last.

  • Define project scope and objectives in collaboration with cross-functional teams.
  • Develop and maintain project plans, ensuring alignment with organisational goals.
  • Identify and mitigate project risks.
  • Communicate project progress and updates to stakeholders.
  • Work closely with IT professionals to ensure successful project implementation.
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of project management processes.

Requirements

  • Possession of an undergraduate degree.
  • Right to work in the United Kingdom.
  • Strong soft skills, excellent communication abilities.
  • Exceptional problem-solving skills and meticulous attention to detail.
  • Strong GCSE and A-Level grades (or equivalent).
  • A passionate interest in Change and IT.
