About the Opportunity

As a Lead Power Platform Solutions Architect, you will leverage your extensive expertise across the Power Platform to enhance our projects and client engagements. By utilizing a diverse range of technical and functional capabilities, you will be responsible for developing applications, providing strategic guidance, facilitating discussions, and promoting the adoption of the Power Platform.

Work Environment

This role offers a hybrid working model, allowing you to work from various locations based on your responsibilities, personal needs, and business requirements. Your work environment will include a mix of company offices, client locations, and remote work, with the understanding that full-time remote work is not an option.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assess user requirements and cultivate strong relationships with project stakeholders.
  • Lead the design, development, and deployment of Power Platform solutions tailored to meet user needs within a collaborative delivery team.
  • Act as a technical authority, creating high-quality applications, including both model-driven and canvas apps, as well as enterprise-level Power Automate Cloud Flow solutions.
  • Comprehend governance principles and provide guidance on best practices to empower all Power Platform creators.
  • Develop solutions as part of an agile team using declarative tools, supported by Microsoft and our proprietary technical accelerators. You will contribute to teams that adhere to software engineering best practices and have a voice in solution design.

Required Skills and Experience

  • A genuine enthusiasm for the Power Platform, including its technologies, capabilities, and limitations.
  • Practical experience with Dataverse and Dataverse for Teams in the context of implementing Power Platform solutions.
  • Hands-on experience in establishing Continuous Integration (CI) and Continuous Delivery (CD) processes, preferably using Azure DevOps.
  • A strong commitment to industry standards and best practices in designing and building Power Platform solutions.
  • A focus on delivering positive results for clients, regardless of their size.
  • Experience working in agile methodologies within collaborative teams in a commercial setting.

Security Clearance Requirements

To be considered for this position, obtaining Security Check (SC) clearance is mandatory. Candidates must have resided continuously in the United Kingdom for the past five years, among other criteria. During the recruitment process, you will be asked questions regarding your eligibility for security clearance, including your residency and nationality.
