About the Role

The Royal London Group is seeking a highly skilled Power Platform Administrator to join their Service Delivery and Operations team. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of the Microsoft Power Platform, including Power Apps and Power Automate.

Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with Infrastructure Managers and Technical Specialists to define policies, set standards, and operate controls that maintain the platform's security and efficiency.
  • Provide technical ownership of Power Platform, including Power Apps and Power Automate, and develop key control processes and use cases using the Centre of Excellence toolkit.
  • Ensure system availability and maintain a roadmap for the platform, focusing on continuous improvement, enabling new capabilities, and maintaining the service.

About You

To be successful in this role, you will have:

  • Knowledge and experience administering/managing Microsoft Power Platform on an enterprise scale.
  • Experience using the Centre of Excellence toolkit to manage the platform in a secure and efficient way.
  • Understanding of using Azure DevOps CI/CD pipelines to manage deployment through test, pre-production, and production environments.
  • Desirable experience supporting other Microsoft 365 products, such as Teams, SharePoint, and Viva.
