About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Power Platform Administrator to join our Service Delivery and Operations team at Royal London. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our Microsoft 365 platform, including Power Apps and Power Automate.

Key Responsibilities

  • Work with Infrastructure Managers and Technical Specialists to define policies, set standards, and operate controls that keep the platform safe and operating efficiently.
  • Provide technical ownership of Power Platform, including Power Apps and Power Automate.
  • Develop and operate key control processes and use cases using the Centre of Excellence toolkit.
  • Ensure there are no unplanned outages, and that system availability is maintained for consumers of the platform.
  • Develop and maintain a roadmap for the platform, with a focus on continuous improvement, enabling new capabilities and maintaining the service.

About You

To be successful in this role, you will need to have knowledge and experience administering and managing Microsoft Power Platform on an enterprise scale. You will also need to have experience using the Centre of Excellence toolkit to manage the platform in a secure and efficient way. Additionally, you will need to have a good understanding of using Azure DevOps CI/CD pipelines to manage deployment through test, pre-production, and production environments.
