About the Role

We're seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Platform Administrator to join our team at Aegon. As a key member of our Back Office team, you will play a critical role in supporting the delivery of client transactions and ensuring they are completed in a timely and compliant manner.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide exceptional customer service to our clients, responding to their queries and resolving issues in a professional and timely manner.
  • Work closely with colleagues to ensure seamless transaction processing, adhering to processes and procedures to maintain high standards of quality and compliance.
  • Take initiative to identify and resolve issues, demonstrating a proactive and problem-solving approach to your work.
  • Collaborate with the team to enhance our service experience, supporting customers as they transact business on our platform.
