About the Job

We are seeking a highly experienced Customer Service Team Lead to join our client, a leading PLC listed manufacturing organization in the UK. As a Customer Service Team Lead, you will be responsible for leading a team of customer service representatives and ensuring that they provide a world-class customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Team Leadership: Lead a team of customer service representatives and provide guidance and support to ensure they meet their performance targets.
  • Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service to internal and external customers, responding to their inquiries and resolving their issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Process Improvement: Identify areas for process improvement and implement changes to increase efficiency and productivity.
  • Training and Development: Develop and implement training programs to enhance the skills and knowledge of customer service representatives.

Requirements

  • Experience: 3+ years of experience in a customer service leadership role.
  • Skills: Strong leadership and communication skills, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and proficiency in Microsoft Office.
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field.
