About the Role

E3 Recruitment is seeking a highly experienced Customer Service Team Leader to join our team in a leading manufacturing organisation in the UK. As a Customer Service Team Leader, you will be responsible for leading a team of customer service representatives and providing coaching and mentoring to ensure excellent customer service delivery.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead a team of customer service representatives to deliver exceptional customer service
  • Coach and mentor team members to improve their skills and performance
  • Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to ensure delivery of a world-class customer service experience
  • Collaborate with the Head of Customer Services to develop and implement customer service strategies
  • Manage and coordinate customer service teams to ensure efficient and effective service delivery

Requirements

  • Proven experience in customer service team leadership
  • Strong coaching and mentoring skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Strong Microsoft skills, including Word, Excel, and Outlook
