Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Customer Service Team Lead to join our client, a reputable manufacturing organization in the UK. As a Customer Service Team Lead, you will be responsible for leading a team of customer service representatives, providing coaching and mentoring, and driving improvements to customer service and order processing experiences.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead a team of customer service representatives, providing guidance and support to ensure exceptional customer service delivery.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction, loyalty, and retention.
  • Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to identify areas for improvement and implement changes to enhance customer service and order processing experiences.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Provide coaching and mentoring to customer service representatives to enhance their skills and knowledge.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in leading customer service teams, with a strong track record of delivering exceptional customer service.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze data and identify areas for improvement.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with multiple priorities and deadlines.
  • Strong Microsoft Office skills, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
