Job Overview:

As a Senior Calibration Engineer, you will play a critical role in our electrical test and measurement activities. Your expertise in high-level calibration will enable us to deliver accurate and reliable results, driving business success and growth.

Responsibilities and Expectations:

  • Maintaining and improving calibration procedures and measurement uncertainty budgets
  • Leading UKAS (ISO 17025) audits and ensuring UKAS signatory status
  • Developing and delivering on-the-job training and experiential learning programs
  • Engaging with technical stakeholders on new measurement technologies and innovations

Qualifications and Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need extensive experience in precision electrical metrology laboratory environments and a solid understanding of quality systems & standards (ISO 17025 / ISO 9001). A relevant academic qualification (STEM Degree, HNC/HND or equivalent) is also mandatory.

Salary and Benefits:

We offer a competitive salary of £55,000 - £75,000 per annum, dependent on experience, plus a range of benefits including a pension scheme, enhanced annual leave incentive, and a Company contributed Share Incentive Plan.
