Event Partnership Manager

Sovereign Strategy Ltd, a Public Affairs Consultancy, is seeking a highly skilled Event Partnership Manager to join their London team.

The role involves assisting in the strategic planning and execution of national and international policy-related events, forums, and roundtables. The successful candidate will have at least 5 years of experience in a related role, excellent written and verbal communication skills, strong organisational skills, and a professional manner for dealing with high-profile clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage projects (end-to-end) including logistics, administration, reporting, and meeting coordination.
  • Develop and implement branding and marketing strategies for Sovereign Strategy, including website and social media management.
  • Work closely with Account Managers and Account Executives on project deliverables, planning, and execution.
  • Plan and execute annual and client events, ensuring alignment with company/client goals and brand image.
  • Coordinate event budgets, negotiate with suppliers, and ensure best value.
  • Evaluate and execute Sovereign Strategy's social media strategy across multiple platforms to increase brand visibility, engagement, and community growth.

Requirements:

  • At least 5 years' experience in events coordination and partnership roles.
  • Proficient use of event/project management tools and methodologies.
  • Proficiency in using and monitoring social media platforms.
  • Demonstrable ability to lead through complex priorities and work with stakeholders to ensure strategic coherence.
  • Ability to travel for work outside the UK occasionally for event delivery.

Qualifications:

  • Additional foreign language desired (e.g., French or Arabic).
  • IT skills including Microsoft Office and event email software.
  • Experience in health and safety, personnel, and risk management desirable.

Salary: Competitive salary (£45,000 - £60,000 per annum), dependent upon experience.
