Job Title: Nurse Specialist in Palliative Care

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Nurse Specialist in Palliative Care to join our team. The role offers a competitive salary up to £41,360 per annum, depending on experience.

The ideal candidate will have registration as a Sick Children's Nurse or Registered Nurse (Child Branch) and experience in nursing children with life-limiting conditions.

About the Role:
  • Provide expert care and support to children with life-limiting conditions and their families.
  • Develop and implement individualised care plans in collaboration with healthcare teams.
  • Promote effective communication and maintain professional documentation.
Key Responsibilities:
  1. Administer medications and maintain nutritional status.
  2. Deliver training and education to healthcare professionals and families.
  3. Promote effective communication and maintain professional documentation.
