Role Overview: Health and Safety Advisor

As a Health and Safety Advisor with Pure Resourcing Solutions, you will play a pivotal role in supporting our clients in maintaining a safe and healthy work environment.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Visit clients' premises to conduct audits and reviews, assessing compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements
  • Compile detailed reports outlining areas for improvement, proposing practical solutions to enhance workplace safety
  • Work closely with clients to develop and implement effective Health and Safety Systems, incorporating policies, procedures, and guidelines as necessary
  • Engage with advisory services to stay up-to-date on legislative changes and best practices, ensuring clients remain compliant
  • Design and deliver training programs on various health and safety topics, fostering a culture of safety awareness among clients' staff

The salary range for this position is £55,000 - £65,000 per annum, reflecting the importance of this role in promoting workplace safety and well-being.
