We are seeking experienced and forward-thinking Occupational Therapists to join our Integrated Therapy Team on a Rotational basis.

About the Role

This senior post offers an opportunity to develop advanced skills and work across East Suffolk and North Essex Foundation Trust, in acute settings.

You will have experience of working at a Band 6 level in various areas.

A comprehensive induction, regular supervision, appraisal, in-service training, and CPD opportunities are available.

Job Requirements
  • Broad knowledge of respiratory, neurology, elderly, and trauma and orthopaedic conditions and their management.
  • Principles and practices of rehabilitation/reablement.

Key responsibilities include specialist assessment, rehabilitation, and discharge planning. Ensuring therapy goals are integral to the multidisciplinary care plan regarding safe and timely discharge is crucial. You will be required to work a shift pattern across 7 days and extended hours until 6pm in some specialty areas.

An estimated salary of £40,000 - £60,000 per annum is offered for this role.
