Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Customer Service Advisor to join our team at Michelle Denny Recruitment. As a Customer Service Advisor, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to customers and ensuring their needs are met efficiently and effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
- Represent the company on initial customer calls and provide top-notch service
- Handle policy queries and resolve customer issues in a timely and professional manner
- Work collaboratively with the team to achieve sales and customer satisfaction targets
- Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance skills and knowledge
Working Hours:
The offices are open Monday to Friday, 8:30am to 7:00pm, and Saturday, 9:30am to 4:30pm. You will work an average of 38.75 hours over a five-day week, with a pre-planned three-week rotating schedule to ensure a healthy work-life balance.
Benefits:
- Competitive basic salary of £26,000 per annum
- Additional commissions and benefits, with an OTE of £28,000
