This is an exciting opportunity to join Harnham as a Customer Experience Manager, where you will play a key role in driving customer satisfaction and retention for our business.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, implement, and manage customer experience projects to drive business growth and customer loyalty.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop end-to-end customer experience strategies that align with business objectives.
  • Manage customer journey roadmaps across all brands and markets to ensure seamless customer experiences.
  • Analyze customer data and feedback to inform regular qualitative and quantitative analysis.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in the financial services industry, with a focus on insurance.
  • Strong data-driven approach with a track record of achieving results.
  • Experience with Google Analytics 4 (GA4) and dashboarding/visualization tools.
