Customer Experience Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Experience Manager to join our team at Harnham. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and managing customer experience projects that drive satisfaction and retention for our business.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute customer experience strategies that align with our business goals
- Work closely with the marketing team to ensure seamless customer journey experiences across all brands and markets
- Manage customer journey roadmaps and ensure data-driven decision making
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive customer-centric initiatives
- Proven experience in the financial services industry, with a focus on insurance
- Strong data analysis skills and ability to drive results
- Experience with GA4 and dashboarding/visualization tools
- Excellent communication and project management skills
- Competitive salary up to £50,000
- Bonus up to 15%
- Hybrid working arrangement
