About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Experience Manager to join our team at Harnham. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and managing customer experience projects that drive satisfaction and retention for our business.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute customer experience strategies that align with our business goals
  • Work closely with the marketing team to ensure seamless customer journey experiences across all brands and markets
  • Manage customer journey roadmaps and ensure data-driven decision making
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive customer-centric initiatives
Requirements
  • Proven experience in the financial services industry, with a focus on insurance
  • Strong data analysis skills and ability to drive results
  • Experience with GA4 and dashboarding/visualization tools
  • Excellent communication and project management skills
