This insurance business is growing rapidly in the UK, Ireland, and Australia, covering over 30 million customers


THE ROLE

As a Customer Experience Manager, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and managing customer experience projects. You will drive CX, satisfaction, and retention for the business by working closely with the wider marketing team to align on end-to-end CX strategies. You will manage the customer journey roadmaps across all brands and markets, and use data and customer feedback to work on regular qualitative and quantitative analysis.

YOUR SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

You will need experience in the Financial services space, with Insurance being a nice-to-have. You will also need data-driven experience with the ability to show results achieved. GA4 experience is required, as well as dashboarding and visualisation skills.

BENEFITS

You will receive a salary up to £50,000, with a bonus up to 15%. You will also have the opportunity to work in a hybrid environment, with 1 day a week in the office. You will lead on CX for the business and have the chance to make a real impact.
