We are seeking an experienced and dedicated individual to lead the management, development, and daily running of our After School Club. As the After School Club Coordinator, you will be responsible for creating a safe and happy environment for children to enjoy a range of play, learning, and leisure activities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement a daily routine that meets the emotional, social, physical, and intellectual needs of the children.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with parents and professionals to promote the wellbeing of the children.
  • Liaise with and work closely with the After School Club Assistant to ensure the smooth operation of the club.
  • Ensure compliance with relevant statutory guidance and play principles.
  • Provide effective communication and leadership to inform, persuade, inspire, and motivate children and staff.
