Job Title: Trainer & Contract Coordinator

We are seeking an experienced Coordinator to join our team in the Birmingham area. As a key member of our organization, you will play a vital role in arranging and managing internal and external training sessions, including booking and delivery. You will also be responsible for training employees on various topics, such as manual handling, abrasive wheels, and fall arrest systems.

This is an exciting opportunity for someone with proven experience in a similar role within a production or manufacturing environment. You will have a strong ability to engage and communicate effectively with employees, managers, contractors, and visitors. If you are self-motivated, tenacious, and capable of working independently in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, then we would like to hear from you.

The successful candidate will receive a competitive salary of £32,000 per annum, which includes a company pension scheme, health cash plan, and 33 days' holiday (inclusive of Bank Holidays). You will also benefit from discounted gym memberships, an Employee Assistance Plan, and a Cycle to Work scheme. The ideal candidate will have a Train the Trainer Certificate or equivalent qualification, as well as experience managing contractors, including assessing and approving their work.
