Job Title: Japanese Language Secretary - Maternity Cover

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Japanese Language Secretary to join our team on a fixed-term contract basis. As a Japanese Language Secretary, you will provide administrative support to our business divisions, ensuring the smooth operation of our office.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative support to business divisions, including settling expenses, arranging meetings, and event logistics.
  • Coordinate with travel agents, hotels, restaurants, and vendors to negotiate corporate rates.
  • Administer company Golf Club membership and activities.
  • Perform general administrative tasks such as filing, scanning, and document management.
  • Cover responsibilities of colleagues during absences or peak times.
  • Assist with organizing events or supporting other department-specific tasks.

Requirements:

  • Business level of Japanese and English.
  • Experience in administrative support and diary management.
  • Strong communication skills in English and Japanese.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks under pressure.
  • Effective relationship-building with internal teams and stakeholders.
  • High attention to detail and accuracy.
