As a member of our integrated team, you will work collaboratively with colleagues and other healthcare professionals to provide person-centred care. This role involves providing quality care to patients while adhering to Trust policies and procedures.

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate individual who can demonstrate empathy and sensitivity when interacting with patients. Your ability to communicate effectively and work as part of a team is vital.

A strong understanding of confidentiality and data protection principles is also required. If you have experience working in a community care setting, including provision of personal care, this would be beneficial.

The ideal candidate will possess basic clinical skills, such as venepuncture, skin care, wound care, and clinical observations. However, we encourage applicants without prior experience to apply if they are willing to complete an apprenticeship appropriate to the Clinical Support Worker role.

This is a part-time position requiring 15 hours per week. The successful candidate will receive a salary between £25,000 - £30,000 per annum, depending on experience. CWP has adopted the Living Wage, ensuring that employees earn a fair income.
