We are seeking an individual with a strong clinical background in Ophthalmology and extensive experience in ophthalmic scrub nursing to lead our theatre operations in Coventry.

About the Role

This is a full-time position that requires the successful candidate to coordinate the operational management of theatres on a day-to-day basis, including the initial theatre set up.

As the ideal candidate, you will have:

  • Previous theatre experience in ophthalmic scrub nursing.
  • Leadership or managerial experience working at band 6 upwards.
  • Private healthcare experience, although this is not essential.
  • Evidence of relevant professional development, clinically, preferably evidenced by certification RN with valid NMC Registration / ODP with valid HCPC Registration.
  • Proficiency in the use of a PC, including software and systems.
