We are looking for a highly skilled Lead Ophthalmic Scrub Practitioner to join our team at Compass Associates. As part of our brand new clinic in Coventry, you will play a key role in the initial theatre set up and coordinate the operational management of theatres on a day-to-day basis.

About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Ophthalmic Scrub Nurse to further develop their leadership skills and be part of a growing organisation. The role holder will need to demonstrate successful leadership and managerial skills, with a clinical background in Ophthalmology and extensive ophthalmic scrub experience.

The estimated salary for this position is £52,500 - £58,500 per annum, depending on experience. This is a full-time permanent opportunity with excellent benefits including 33 days' annual leave, a buy and sell annual leave scheme, refer a friend scheme, company pension scheme, Bluelight Card, and career development opportunities.
