About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Clinical Lead Psychological Wellbeing Practitioner to join our team in Coventry. This is a full-time, permanent role that offers a range of challenges and opportunities for growth.

The successful candidate will have significant experience of working with common mental health problems, including risk assessment and management. They will be able to provide initial assessments of client need and deliver a range of evidence-based psychological interventions based on a self-management model.

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, and be confident in delivering interventions using various communication mediums, such as telephone work, e-consultation, and face-to-face activities.

As a Senior Mental Health Specialist, you will work closely with the PWP team to develop and implement effective interventions and contribute to the development of the service.

The salary for this role is £43,141 - £70,448 per annum, depending on experience. The location is Coventry, and the company is Coventry & Warwickshire Partnership Trust.
