Job Role: Site Operations Coordinator
We are seeking an experienced Site Operations Coordinator to join our Refurbishment business in Coventry. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for coordinating site operations, managing refurbishment trade operatives, and ensuring that projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
Main Responsibilities:
- Coordinate site operations, including managing refurbishment trade operatives and ensuring efficient project delivery
- Develop and maintain good communication with contract team members, including site managers, surveyors, and architects
- Achieve high-quality installations on site in accordance with PAS2035 framework
Salary and Benefits:
- Estimated salary range: £35,000 - £55,000 per annum
- Bonus entitlement based on performance KPIs (£5,000 - £15,000)
- Holidays - 26 days (inclusive of bank holidays)
