  • You have a second language such as French, German or Spanish, which would be beneficial in communicating with international suppliers and customers.

**Job Responsibilities:

  1. Assess and Prioritize Shipments: Evaluate shipments and prioritize them for packing and dispatch based on their urgency and importance.
  2. Produce Electronic Manifests: Create electronic manifests for shipments, using information from packing notes to ensure accurate tracking and delivery.
  3. Organize Shipping Labels: Produce shipping labels using electronic systems, taking into account country-specific requirements and regulations.
  4. Ship Orders and Invoices: Use QAD to ship orders and create invoices, providing customers with commercial invoices for payment purposes.
  5. Communicate with Transport Companies: Coordinate with external transport companies to obtain quotations, select the best option, and negotiate costs and services.
  6. Monitor Delays and Analyze Data: Identify potential delays, assess their impact, and analyze data to improve logistics processes and reduce costs.
  7. Communicate with Returns and QC Teams: Collaborate with returns and quality control teams to ensure smooth communication and resolve issues related to defective products or missing items.
  8. Maximize Vehicle Usage: Analyze payload capacity and optimize vehicle usage to minimize costs and ensure efficient delivery.
  9. Report Changes in Customs Regulations: Monitor changes in customs regulations and laws that may affect international shipments, ensuring compliance and minimizing risks.
