Job Summary:

Ernest Gordon Recruitment is seeking a skilled Commercial Property Manager with a background in surveying to join our team. As a key member of our property management team, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of commercial properties, providing exceptional customer service, and ensuring the smooth operation of our properties.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage a portfolio of commercial properties, including lease administration, rent collection, and property maintenance.
  • Provide exceptional customer service to tenants, landlords, and other stakeholders.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve property performance and increase revenue.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including sales, marketing, and finance, to achieve business objectives.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and regulatory requirements.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Commercial Property Manager or Surveyor.
  • Strong knowledge of property management principles, practices, and regulations.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong analytical and organizational skills.
