Commercial Property Surveyor and Manager

Are you an experienced Commercial Property Manager with a background in surveying, seeking to join a reputable company that provides on-the-job training and opportunities for advancement into senior roles?

This well-established firm is a leading property consultancy in the South-West and is looking to expand its team with a skilled Commercial Property Manager / Surveyor.

In this diverse and engaging role, you will work from the office three days a week and remotely for two days, with regular site visits to engage with clients, manage maintenance projects, collect rent, and conduct property inspections. A car allowance will be provided for travel to and from the office and to various sites within the local area.

This position is ideal for a Commercial Property Manager with surveying experience who is eager to join a respected company that offers generous bonuses, comprehensive training, and a clear path to senior management.
