We are seeking an experienced Commercial Property Manager to join our team at Ernest Gordon Recruitment Limited. As a key member of our property management team, you will be responsible for managing a range of commercial properties in the local area.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage a portfolio of commercial properties, ensuring timely rent payments and maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Conduct regular site visits to inspect properties, identify maintenance needs, and oversee repairs and maintenance projects.
- Develop and implement effective property management strategies to maximize returns and minimize costs.
- Collaborate with our clients to understand their needs and provide tailored property management solutions.
- Prepare and submit regular property reports, including rent rolls, lease renewals, and other relevant data.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Commercial Property Manager, with a strong track record of property management and customer service.
