Property Manager Opportunity in Exeter

We are seeking an experienced Property Manager to join our Exeter team. As a Property Manager, you will be responsible for managing a range of commercial properties in the local patch, undertaking inspections, arranging maintenance, and overseeing rent payments.

The Role:
  • Manage commercial properties in the Exeter area
  • Undertake site visits and inspections
  • Arrange planned and reactive maintenance
  • Oversee rent payments and chase when necessary
  • Organise VAT returns and insurance
The Person:
  • Experienced Property Manager looking to progress within a reputable organisation
  • Commutable to Exeter 3 days a week
  • Strong communication and organisational skills
