Property Manager Opportunity in Exeter

We are seeking an experienced Property Manager to join our Exeter team. As a Property Manager, you will be responsible for managing a range of commercial properties in the local area, undertaking inspections, arranging maintenance, and overseeing rent payments.

The Role:
  • Manage a portfolio of commercial properties in Exeter and surrounding areas
  • Conduct regular site visits to meet with clients, outsource maintenance projects, and collect rent
  • Organize VAT returns and insurance for properties
  • Develop and implement maintenance plans to ensure properties are well-maintained
The Ideal Candidate:
  • Has experience as a Property Manager or Surveyor
  • Is able to work autonomously and as part of a team
  • Has excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Is able to travel regularly to meet with clients and conduct site visits
