As a key member of our property management team, you will be responsible for managing a range of commercial properties in a local patch, undertaking inspections, and arranging planned and reactive maintenance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage a portfolio of commercial properties, ensuring timely rent payments and resolving any issues that may arise.
- Conduct regular site visits to meet with clients, outsource maintenance projects, and collect rent.
- Oversee the maintenance and repair of properties, ensuring that all work is carried out to a high standard.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing excellent customer service and ensuring their needs are met.
- Work closely with the property management team to ensure seamless communication and coordination of tasks.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Commercial Property Manager / Surveyor, with a background in surveying.
- Strong knowledge of property management principles and practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
- Ability to work independently, with minimal supervision, and as part of a team.
- Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and make sound decisions.
