Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Commercial Property Manager to join our team at Ernest Gordon Recruitment Limited. As a key member of our property management team, you will be responsible for managing a range of commercial properties in the local area.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage a portfolio of commercial properties, ensuring timely rent payments and maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
  • Conduct regular site visits to inspect properties, identify maintenance needs, and oversee repairs and maintenance projects.
  • Develop and implement effective property management strategies to maximize returns and minimize costs.
  • Collaborate with our clients to understand their needs and provide tailored property management solutions.
  • Prepare and submit regular property reports, including financial statements and market analysis.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Commercial Property Manager, with a strong track record of property management and customer service.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and resolve complex property management issues.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a flexible and adaptable approach to work.
  • Strong knowledge of property management principles, practices, and regulations.
