We are seeking a dynamic and highly motivated Paediatric Registered Nurse to join our progressive and friendly multi-disciplinary team in the Ophthalmology Outpatient Department HRI.

The successful candidate will have the opportunity to gain specialist ophthalmic knowledge and skills to deliver patient care to adults and children with a diverse range of chronic and acute eye conditions.

Main Duties
  • Deliver high-quality patient-focused care using up-to-date technology in a well-equipped, purpose-built modern facility.
  • Participate in a variety of interesting nurse-led clinics and expand their scope of professional practice.
  • Work effectively within the multi-disciplinary team to promote service needs and demonstrate commitment to delivering high-quality care.
Person Specification
  • Paediatric Registered Nurse qualification
  • Registered Mentor status
  • Interest in Ophthalmology and previous experience in an ophthalmic setting
