Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Financial Support Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing customer relationships, resolving issues, and providing exceptional service to our clients.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Managing customer complaints and concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Providing accurate and timely information to customers regarding their accounts and payment schedules.
  • Collaborating with internal stakeholders to resolve complex issues and improve customer satisfaction.

This role requires strong analytical and problem-solving skills, as well as excellent communication and interpersonal skills. You will also need to be proactive and adaptable, able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements

  • Minimum 6 months of experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in the financial services industry.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers and colleagues alike.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment, collaborating with internal stakeholders to achieve common goals.
