About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled School Administrator to join our Faculty Administration Team within the School of Management on the Cambridge Campus. As a key member of our team, you will provide exceptional front-line customer service, effective administrative support, and contribute to the successful delivery of activities across the School.
The ideal candidate will possess at least two A-levels or an equivalent vocational qualification (NVQ level 3) and have previous administrative experience, preferably in higher or further education. Key skills include excellent customer service, effective communication, and attention to detail.
As a School Administrator, you will work closely with students, academic colleagues, and other stakeholders, both internal and external to the School and University. You will be responsible for handling confidential information, demonstrating a commitment to equality, diversity, and data protection principles.
