Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced School Administrator to join our team. As a key member of the Office staff, you will play an integral role in ensuring the smooth operation of our school.

Salary: £24,790 - £25,183 per annum (FTE)

About the Role

This is a full-time position that requires 37 hours of work per week. The working pattern includes Monday to Thursday from 8:00am to 4:30pm and Friday from 8:00am to 4:00pm. You will be required to work 38 weeks per year.

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing a welcoming and professional environment for all visitors and pupils. This will involve dealing with requests from parents and staff in a timely and efficient manner.

Responsibilities
  • Contribute to the running of a smooth and efficient school office
  • Provide a friendly and positive welcome to the school
  • Ensure all communication meets the required standard
  • Deal with requests from parents and staff
  • Complete administration tasks with accuracy
Requirements
  • Experience in a similar role or in education
  • Ability to work flexibly and prioritize tasks
  • Self-organization and time management skills
