Job Title: Education Administrator

We are seeking a highly skilled Education Administrator to support our education agenda within the School of the Physical Sciences. The successful candidate will provide administrative support to the Degree Committee team, the Engineering and Physical Sciences Research Council (EPSRC) Doctoral Training Programme, and other education-related activities.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide administrative support to the Degree Committee team and the EPSRC Doctoral Training Programme.
  • Assist with tasks related to the STEM Widening Participation Internship Scheme and other education-related activities.
  • Support the education team with tasks such as coordinating meetings, preparing documents, and maintaining records.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with colleagues across the School and the University.
  • Contribute to the continued success of the team by providing administrative support and implementing process improvements.

  • Highly meticulous, accurate, and organised.
  • Quick to adapt to change.
  • Able to work under pressure and with a wide and complex workload.
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively.
  • Conscientious and willing to contribute to the continuing success of the team.
